The path of Hermetic Serpent Yoga unites Western Hermetic principles with the ancient wisdom of India one of the last remaining countries that has kept its ancient roots intact—allowing us to weave together a new path for those looking for the path between Right and Left philosophies.

A path between the light and darkness; a path that unites your shadow and ego with your highest self to create harmony within and without.

To ground you in the knowledge of your true self, so that you will be able to sway and bend with the storms of life without breaking, snapping, or shattering under life’s pressure.

Through the practice of HSS Yoga, you can begin to restore your mind, body, and soul within and without. By discovering your own path and your own truth through guided meditations and holistic practices taught at HSS, you gain the tools you can take with you and share with others on the path to bring peace within and without.

HSS teaches a Non-Dualist path, recognizing both the God and Goddess energy as one divine energy that exists within us and is reflected without.

The HSS recognizes Shiva and Shakti as the Divine Masculine and Feminine energy of all creation; they exist within us, and we exist within them.

We utilize Tantric teachings to awaken the Kundalini within. The Kundalini is the life force within you that connects you to all things, people, places, and lifetimes; she is known as the coiled serpent at the base of your spine. She is the spinal fluid. This spinal fluid is Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF), a clear liquid that cushions and nourishes the brain and spinal cord, protecting them from injury and removing waste. It circulates in the spaces around the brain (ventricles) and spinal cord, acting as a protective cushion and transporting nutrients and waste.

She is the Sexual energy within you that generates life within and without.

We wake her through the heart chakra; the gate to opening all 7 chakras begins with healing the heart. When we open the heart’s gates, our deepest truths can be made known to us. As they are revealed—like removing layers of paint that have covered up our true self—we begin to heal. As each chakra is opened up to us like a thousand-petal lotus flower, each petal reveals our true nature. As we awaken to the truth of who we truly are within and without, and through this knowing, this realization, and this awakening, we can begin to walk the path that leads us to our highest bliss, our highest good, and our highest purpose.

We heal the heart chakra as we unlock the 6 chakras through meditation and self-hypnosis to discover our deepest truths. Through the integration of our shadow, our inner child, and our ego with our highest truth and our highest self, we are able to transform pain into pleasure, suffering into healing, ignorance into wisdom, hate into unconditional love, lust into creative passion, and inspiration into inspired action and purpose.
