Ego Integration

Ego Integration leads to healing and self realization

Many believe the Ego must die for the true self to be realized, I would like to counter that with a new view of the Ego. Self realization doesn't come from from or after the death of the ego. Self realization comes through the integration of your ego, your shadow with your highest form. The soul.

Your Ego, formed between the ages of 0 to 7, In the first 7 years of our life the ego is programed to keep little you alive, safe and well. It learned quickly what was and wasn't safe, in your environment, Your ego learned how to maneuver around in society to meet the wants and needs of your parents, teachers, and society because your Ego's job is to keep you alive at all costs

Staying alive doesn't just mean food, water and shelter, it means keeping up with society, fitting in by saying and doing the right things, to get ahead of the game, winning at all costs, because losing can have harsh consequences in a world that worships unattainable ideals

Later in life, the Ego, evolves into your shadow self, the self that you abandoned every time you ignored your true desires, and your true feelings to stay safe or to be accepted.

The Shadow self forms every time you run from the pain instead of listening to the part of you that just wants to be acknowledged, and heard, only then can it rest, only then can it heal, only then can it dissolve into your higher nature.

Trying to kill the ego, by denying it, only creates more pain and suffering. Instead, sit with the little parts of you and just listen with a loving ear as the friend, the parent, the lover you always needed Once we do, the painful fragments of our experience can begin to resolve and as they resolve they dissolve into our highest form, allowing our true self to be born.
